Today at work I need to look into enterprise DDoS protection. It is something I don't know a lot about so I will have to take the time to figure it all out. I am thankful that my boss is really understanding about what I already know and what I don't.
It is very common to have to look up information on different topics at my job. They hired me because I am rather good at it and it doesn't take me a lot of time to do so. I enjoy the work whether I have to look up something like enterprise DDoS protection or some other topic.
Once I am able to find the information I want, I write-up a report on it so that my coworkers can understand what it is. This makes it much easier for everyone and we can all work on getting our job done.
I have learned a lot in my time at this job. More than I ever thought that I would and I really am glad that I was able to start working here when I did. I wouldn't want to have any other job.
When it comes to the different things that I do each day, it just depends on what needs to get done. Some days I am on the computer and other days I am in the workshop. It just depends on what needs to get done on that day.
I have been at this job for three years now and it is one of the best jobs I have ever had. I hope that I can stay here for the rest of my working career. I think I will be able to as long as the business is doing well and I do what I am supposed to do.
